Becoming An Approved Food Service Provider

Sonoma State University’s Food Policy allows businesses who have been vetted and approved through its procurement process to provide food services for internal campus departments and student groups under most circumstances. The list of Approved Food Service Providers can be found here http://sonoma.edu/ces/catering/approved.

External, non-campus groups, are required to use University Culinary Services http://sonoma.edu/ces/catering/ucs.

Process

Sonoma State University invites qualified vendors to submit an application in response to Request for Application for Food Service Provider for catering services for a variety of business catering needs on an “as needed” basis.

Vendors must submit their application no later than Friday, June 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. To apply, Vendors shall register with the online procurement system. Note: There is a $250 non-refundable application fee for approved vendors.
