Academic Year Reservations

Departments

Before you advertise your event, be sure to reserve your space. CES requests a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all reservations. To begin the process, please complete our Request for Use of Facilities Services form. Once we have confirmed your space, our event coordinator will assist and/or direct you to obtain the correct services for your specific event.

Due to high volumes of requests, please allow at least five business days for confirmation of space and/or services.

Student Groups

Student clubs will need the signature of their President or Treasurer, Advisor, and the Student Affairs Office. Individual students require the signature of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, or their designee.
