Academic Year Reservations

Before you advertise your event, be sure to reserve your space. CES requests a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all reservations. Any requests made with less than two weeks’ notice may not be accommodated. Due to high volumes of requests, please allow at least five business days for confirmation of space and/or services. All events for more than 100 people or that will be serving alcohol require an Officer/Staff Request form to be completed. This must be completed a minimum of 30 days prior to your event.

Student clubs will need the signature of their President or Treasurer, Advisor, and the CSLIS Office. Individual students require the signature of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, or their designee.

To begin the process, please complete our Request for Use of Facilities Services form. Once we have confirmed your space, our event coordinator will assist and/or direct you to obtain the correct services for your specific event.
