Supporting Materials

Your application materials will be assessed by both Sonoma State Admissions and by the department to determine your eligibility. Early application is encouraged in order to take advantage of financial aid opportunities and to allow time for assessment of your application, and for international students, to follow visa processing guidelines.

  1. Two official sealed transcripts showing all coursework taken in the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units, including award of Bachelor’s degree.
  2. A brief narrative (1—2 pages) describing your past and present experience with film and film studies, including any film-related coursework or creative projects completed.
