Drop/Refund Policy

Students must officially request refunds by completing and signing a Class Drop/Refund Form. To drop a course by phone, please call 707.664.2691.

Typically we will refund registration fees the first two weeks of a course if you are dissatisfied with the course material, instructional method or instructor. After that we issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • An extended illness, accident, or personal problem that prohibits you from attending classes.
  • In the event of a death, you or a family member can request a refund.

You can audit the first class of any or all courses the first week, and, if you choose to return, register that day or the following week.

NEW students can get $20 of their first six-week course by calling 707-664-2691 to register, or by mailing in the registration form.

SSU Alumni Association members receive a 10% discount on registration fees. Register by phone (707-664-2691) or by mail. Alumni discount not available through online registration.

Discounts are not available online. To receive the discount, either register by phone (707.664.2691) or mail in the registration with your adjusted payment to:

1801 East Cotati Avenue
1012 Stevenson Hall
Rohnert Park, CA 94928
