May 15th Live Pay Warrant Distribution - Student and Hourly Employees

The upcoming pay day for student and hourly employees is Friday, May 15th. Live pay warrants will be available for pick up at the GMC Box Office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 15th.

If you would prefer to have your live pay warrant mailed, please send an email to with your name and the address on file in myHR.

Changes to FSA as a Result of CARES Act

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law on Friday, March 27, 2020.

The CARES Act permanently reinstates coverage of over-the-counter drugs and medicines without a prescription. In addition, qualifying expenses also now include menstrual care products.

The change is effective for expenses incurred on or after January 1, 2020.

Requesting Duplicate W2

If you have not yet received your 2019 W2, you may request a duplicate from the State Controller's Office. Active employees who enroll in Cal Employee Connect, may print their W2 from home.

  • Employee Wellness - Sonoma State promotes a culture of wellness amongst faculty and staff to encourage personal and professional productivity, physical and mental well-being, and promote a healthy lifestyle. 
  • Ergonomics -  The Ergonomics Program supports employees by providing training, ergonomic evaluations, recommendations and planning for the office and the trades.
  • Tuition Waiver -  Fee waiver (or tuition assistance) entitles eligible CSU employees (and in some cases their spouse, domestic partner or dependent child) to enroll in courses at any CSU campus and have fees waived or reduced.
