New Ticket Price Announced

Ticket prices for concerts presented by the Department of Music beginning on September 1st will be $8, parking included.The across-the-board pricing reflects a streamlined approach that represents both a price reduction from last year’s General and Senior rates, and includes parking on all ticketed events.

As always, all SSU students are admitted to concerts without charge by showing their university ID.


The new rate will apply to nearly every music department concert. Special events, including Schroeder Hall Grand Opening; Trio Ariadne and the Oct. 22 USAF Band of the Golden West concert, will require a ticket for admission: the ticket is free and parking is included.

Festivals including the Choral Festival, Jazz Day, Wind Band Festival and CMEA Festivals as as well as lecture/demonstrations in Jazz Forum class will not be ticketed, and parking charges are paid by the patron.
