The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) supports faculty, students, and staff engaged in externally and internally funded research, scholarship, and creative activities (RSCA). ORSP provides comprehensive pre- and post-award assistance and compliance oversight covering the entire lifecycle of an award, from finding funding and proposal development to award administration accounting, and reporting. The office is responsible for the University’s institutional research compliance functions, developing, revising and implementing policies as necessary. ORSP strives to ensure accountability, compliance and good stewardship for sponsored programs and to promote a culture on campus that values RSCA.

We are located in Salazar Hall. Our office hours are from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. For general inquiries please call (707) 664-3972 or email us at orsp@sonoma.edu.
