Election Resource Center

The Political Science Department at SSU is pleased to provide information and data that will help students participate and make more informed decisions in the upcoming November 6th General Election.   All of these resources are non-partisan and contain no recommendations on any specific candidate or ballot measure.

Registration and Voting Information

This document was prepared especially for students in order to provide them with important information about registration and voting, including key deadlines. It was prepared by: former Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Janice Morrissey (Atkinson).

California County Registrar of Voters Offices

This spreadsheet contains the name and contact information for all County Registrar of Voters offices in California. It will help students who are registered to vote in any California county, ascertain their registration and voting status, and get answers to any other questions they might have about voting.

California Campaign Contribution Data on Statewide Ballot Measures

This spreadsheet provides students with summarized and detailed data of who financially supported and opposed the statewide measures on the November 2018 Ballot. The data was compiled jointly with SSU faculty members and journalists at the Sacramento Bee.
