Free yoga for staff and faculty. Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, improve overall health, and to help maintain a healthy weight. Desktop Yoga meets in Ives 80 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05 p.m. to 12:55 p.m. Must print waiver to attend. Contact Kathleen Hardy, with any questions. The fitness center in the Physical Education Building is also open for faculty and staff from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday at no cost.
