SSU Science Symposium Registration Now Open

The School of Science & Technology and the WATERS Collaborative are co-hosting the 2nd Annual SSU Science Symposium from 4-7 p.m. on April 30 at the Student Center Ballroom. The symposium features talks by students in the Science Freshmen Year Experience, and showcases the scholarship and achievements of students in the School of Science & Technology and students undertaking watershed research as part of the WATERS Collaborative. Community partners working with students on research projects are welcome to table at the event. The Symposium includes refreshments and is open to ALL SSU students, faculty, staff, and members of the public.

On-line registration is now open for the Symposium. Student poster presentations are required for projects supported by the Sonoma County Water Agency through the WATERS Collaborative. Presentations are encouraged by any students with water-related projects and community partners engaged in service-learning projects. The deadline to register to present a poster is end of the day Monday April 21.
