Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sonoma State University has transitioned classes, academic support, and student, faculty, and employee services to be largely virtual through the spring 2021 semester. Please see the SSU COVID-19 site for more information. The Conference & Event Services (CES) department and staff are telecommuting and can be reached by email Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, please visit the contact website.

Event and reservation requests are currently being evaluated on a case by case basis. If you would like to request an event or reservation, please submit a RUFAS.
