Open Enrollment 2017

Changes made during the Open Enrollment period will be reflected on the December 2017 pay warrant, issue date 1/1/18. If no plan or dependent changes were made, health plan premium rate changes are still applicable. Review the Open Enrollment Resource page for the current and next years' rates.

2017 W2 Mailing

In order for W2s to be mailed correctly by the State Controller's Office, address changes must be updated via self-service or submission of the Employee Action Request form prior to December 12, 2017. A message was included on the October 2017 pay warrant to validate the address on file. If this is not correct, please make the appropriate update prior to the deadline to ensure the W2 is received timely.

December 29, 2017 State Pay Day

The December payday for salaried employees is Friday, December 29, 2017. Pay warrants will be available for pick up at University Police from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. the morning of the December 29th holiday.

Warrants not picked up at University Police on the 29th by 12 p.m. will be distributed in each department, by the warrant pick up clerk, after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

The posting date for direct deposit for the December 2017 pay period is January 2, 2018.
