Equipment Checkout & Delivery

The IT Help Desk provides consultation and equipment in support of the University's instructional and administrative programs.

Most equipment can be checked out for a three day period, but if you are working on a special project we will try to be as flexible as possible. During the summer, or between semesters, it is usually possible to borrow equipment for extended periods of time.

You must present a campus ID to checkout equipment. Students must have a Faculty Authorization Slip (also available at the IT Help Desk) or a signed note from instructor to check out any cameras.

Classroom Equipment Delivery Reservation Form (Seawolf ID required)
This is for instructors who need to request a TV/VCR, Data Projector, or other equipment for their classroom.
Requests will be accepted beginning on May 1 for Summer and Fall Semester, and on December 1 for Winter Intersession and Spring Semester.

Note: We do not deliver equipment to Tech Classrooms.

  • Digital Video Cameras
  • Laptops
  • Tripods
  • Screens
  • Document Cameras

Delivery Equipment:

  • Data Projector with VCR/DVD
  • Data Projector with VGA cable
  • Computer with Data Projector
  • TV with VCR/DVD

Delivery Requests:

Requests for deliveries are made through the IT Help Desk. Requests received by phone or in person must be received at least one business day in advance. Requests made by e-mailing or filling out the web form must be received at least two business days in advance. Requests are not final until confirmed by an IT Help Desk staff member.
